Still no leads in couple’s disappearance

Law enforcement authorities are still no closer to discovering the whereabouts of Adriana Huerta and Antonio Mendez who disappeared on December 22nd. The couple left a Christmas party and crossed over into Piedras Negras that night, driving a late model white Dodge Nitro; they were never seen from again. Since that night, friends and family have frantically searched for the couple and have put up flyers and bulletins on the Internet but no one has come forward with any information that may stand as “credible”, according to the Sheriff’s Department. Both the Sheriff and the Eagle Pass Police Department are handling the case and urge residents to come forward with any information on this case.
