Authorities were alerted this Thursday evening after several gunshots were reported by residents of Rio Road in Maverick County. The incident was reported at approximately 5 p.m. after several residents called law enforcement authorities describing the gunshots. At least one house in the area was hit by the gunshots. No injuries were reported at the time of the incident. Both the CBP and local police are handling the investigation.
